“Stay was comfortable”

I liked the stay overall, but the room was a bit cramped.

The place was convenient, but the experience was horrible: the sheets were stained, the rooms smelled of smoke and water, walls were literally ripped apart, and the washrooms were awful—shower doors wouldn’t close and water splashed everywhere when trying to wash hands.

“TERRIBLE is not enough”

The only bright spot was the location, everything else was awful: the service was terrible, the rooms were worse, bathrooms were nasty and smelled bad, the locker in the room never worked even after multiple complaints, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the milk powder for coffee was expired. TERRIBLE is not enough.

Food was decent and the hotel was easy to find, but the staff were not very helpful. We asked for a joint room, were promised one, yet at check‑in were told it was unavailable; we also asked for rooms next to each other and didn’t get that either. They first showed us a room that smelled foul as if it hadn’t been opened in weeks; after that we got another room that smelled like cigarettes. We had said we’d be checking in in the evening, yet the staff didn’t clean the rooms properly. The lighting was dim and the facilities were mediocre. Very disappointing for the price paid.
