I felt the staff wasn’t helpful, possibly because of a language barrier. One receptionist wouldn’t sell me drinking water, and the other wouldn’t print a two‑page document for the boarder, a service I was willing to pay for.

The cleaning of the rooms was consistent, yet the internet was poor—especially on the upper floors—the lift had frequent issues, and the breakfast was insufficient.

The location was good, but staff kept calling the phone repeatedly in the early morning and knocked on the door even when I asked them not to disturb, making it really difficult to rest.
