Everything about the place was great.

I stayed for five days and never had a single cleaning service; the room developed a persistent stale smell that lingered throughout my visit.

Getting into the parking lot was extremely difficult, and I was caught off guard because the reservation didn’t tell me that breakfast isn’t served on Mondays.

The air conditioning was cold, but checking in at 4 pm was inconvenient; 2 pm would have been more normal for a travel day.

The hotel’s standard of accepting check‑in starting at 4 pm was unreasonable, and an even worse demand was that I pay 12,000 won per hour if I checked in before 4 pm; I truly believe this is a hotel that disregards its customers.
