The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made a big difference to my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, which made it a bit of a challenge to find a parking spot. Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, and I liked being able to sip coffee in the lobby; there were no downsides.

The hotel's got a great hot spring, which was the main reason I booked it. However, the parking situation was a bit of a letdown - it's not super obvious where it is, and it's a bit of a hike when the hotel's surrounded by other buildings. Still, the hot spring made up for it, and I ended up spending a lot of time relaxing there. It's a nice spot, just be prepared to walk a bit to get to the parking lot.

I was really happy with the hotel, especially since I got to soak in the hot springs and enjoy the buffet breakfast. The hot springs were a highlight, but I have to say that the cleanliness of the facilities could have been better - it was just a bit off for me. Overall, though, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I left feeling pretty satisfied.
