The hotel was clean, but the customer service was deplorable: I left clothes at the hotel, they asked me to pre‑pay for transport which I did, and despite many reminders the package was never delivered to the pickup point. Even after contacting Booking, there was still no response.

The staff was incredibly efficient and good, especially the receptionist José, a marvel.

The staff were very nice and friendly; breakfast could be ordered and paid for directly at the restaurant for 5 €; the lunch menu cost 15 € and was tasty and varied; problems were resolved very quickly; the space felt large; however, parking at lunchtime was very difficult.
