Not much to say positively. The internet was only 2 mbdl, there was no cell service, no breakfast, and the front desk wasn’t open 24 hours.

“Not very good”

Parking was good, but the microwave didn’t work properly, the refrigerator was completely broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They told me breakfast was included, yet they only gave me a $15 credit; with four of us and each breakfast costing $15, I ended up paying $45 out of pocket.

“Fraud”

They charged me twice and it still hasn’t been corrected—this feels like fraud. One night is now nearly $500, which is unacceptable. The front desk guy said it would be sorted out at checkout, but nothing has happened.

“Fine for a quick stay but not preferred.”

The staff were lovely and quick to respond, but the breakfast that was supposed to be included never arrived. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub, and there were ants there as well.
