I booked a room for a friend, but the photos were misleading; the rooms looked nothing like they did online. There was no elevator, so she had to haul her suitcase up to the 3rd floor, and the staff on duty were very rude. She didn’t stay, so I lost the money I paid for a 3‑day reservation.

The staff were helpful, but the front door could use an extra key or keycard. Overall, it’s still safe because security personnel are already on site.
