“Not good!”

Nothing good. The motel was very dishonest: instead of a $50 hold, they actually charged my card and then gave me a nonsensical excuse that forced me to call my bank and dispute the charge, which was a huge inconvenience. I stayed for 4 days, and on the 3rd day I had to request housekeeping, only to be locked out of the room and have my card deactivated again; I had to go to the desk to reactivate the key. The water temperature was unregulated, swinging from too hot to cold, and the pressure fluctuated as well. The rooms are literally connected; the only separation is another door, so you can hear everything happening in the next room. Police were present on several occasions, a family camped out in the parking lot, and many questionable people and activities occurred at night. Parking was terrible—first come, first served—and I often had to park on the side somewhere. No clean towels were provided; I had to ask on the 3rd day, and even then the staff asked if I needed all towels or just the big ones. The room had gnats (I assume) and dead spiders on the floor, leaving me with bug bites on my arms and other areas. The bathroom fan is attached to the light and is obnoxiously loud. I could list more, but the bottom line is I would never return or recommend anyone. On a positive note, the lady who checked me in and out was very nice, the staff was friendly, but the service and upkeep were lacking. I’ll never come back.

The spot was spot‑on, super easy to reach, and the staff were incredibly helpful; the price matched the value. The beds felt a bit too soft, but overall the room was decent for what you pay.
