Everything matched the listing: the location was convenient for reaching Fermo’s center or the sea by car. The room had everything needed for a short stay, including a double bed for us adults, a sofa bed for a child, space for a newborn’s travel cot, a small table, and a kitchenette. The hosts were friendly and always available. I recommend it.

The space was just right for two people, comfortable and well equipped, organized and ready. Everything was perfect. The only drawback was the need for a car to reach the property, even though it’s only a few kilometres from the station. I recommend it 100%.

The B&B offered a very large room with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe with mirror, a table with four chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with all essentials for breakfast or simple meals (fridge, stove, coffee maker, coffee machine, sink, cups, plates, pots, pans, napkins, sugar, coffee, water, oil, salt, cutlery). A hallway leads to a similarly spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. Additional services included: 1. covered parking; 2. pool (by reservation; I found it included in the price); 3. waste segregation; 4. air conditioning and heater; 5. breakfast; 6. outdoor table with four chairs (ideal for breakfast or smoking). The place was extremely quiet (only birds could be heard) and the owners were very kind. I gave the property the highest score for: 1. excellent value for money; 2. the pool that saved us from the beach chaos (the beach is a 10‑minute drive); 3. the silence that let us sleep well; 4. the owners’ courtesy that made interactions easy; 5. privacy (we hardly met anyone all weekend and had breakfast in the room); 6. the air conditioning (use it sparingly because it’s not good for us or the environment, but it saves us from 37°C days).
