El hotel es realmente bonito y tiene todo lo que uno necesita. La recepción, especialmente David, fue muy servicial. El restaurante ofrece buena comida a precios razonables, y la piscina, el jacuzzi y los saunas son un plus. Sin embargo, el sistema de turnos en el comedor está mal organizado; las mesas se solapan y a veces tienes que esperar mucho antes de que te atiendan. Eso le quita un poco de profesionalismo al lugar.

El spa está impecable y la limpieza es excelente. Solo que en invierno, cuando llegas, la habitación no está calentada y te hacen esperar para que la preparen. Eso es un detalle que debería arreglarse.
