The location was great and the room’s kitchen was adequate; the bed was comfortable and the pull‑out sofa was a nice touch. The shower had a problem: the water wouldn’t stay hot and would swing from hot to cold, and the fixed showerhead made it hard to adjust for different heights.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming, and the tiki bar on the beach was a hit—plus the price was fair. The only hiccup was the lack of phones in the room to call the front desk, which would have been handy, and it would have been nice if the tiki bar downstairs could deliver to the rooms.

The reception staff were always friendly and helpful whenever questions arose, the beach access was wonderful and the sunsets were breathtaking, and the room had everything needed for cooking. The mattresses were very firm and the bed creaked, plus the pillows were hard; the dishes had dried food residue and coffee drips on the mugs, but that was fixable.

Perfect location right on the beach

The location was decent, but the room was filthy: no shower curtain, a dated smell, gum in the sink, spittle on the sliding doors, a pair of shoes under the bed, an unclean floor with a used dental floss, dirty towels, a fluorescent light over the bed, and mildew under the soap dish in the shower.
