The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. Proximity to the Metro was a real convenience. The evening manager (gentleman) was incredibly helpful and professional. He is a real credit to the Hilton Garden Inn

N/A. The young lady who was the liaison for my shuttle service from the airport to the hotel that Friday night (September 25, 2026) was quite rude. Also, I could hear people's conversations in my own room and sometimes I'd wake up in the middle of the night because I thought someone was in my room

Food was good. Service was good. Clean for the most part. BUGS! Time for the exterminator. Bugs on the floor and husband had to swat one away at night while sleeping and had to smash it on his face!
