I was upgraded at no extra cost, the staff were excellent, spoke English, and were very helpful; the location was great, the room was clean, perfect, and there was a washing machine available.

Le personnel est super accueillant, toujours prêt à aider, dynamique et drôle, et la chambre est vraiment parfaite tant en équipements que confort, surtout que vous êtes à 200 m des remparts.

What a fantastic place to stay!! Such hospitality! Perfect location and excellent value for money. I stayed for eight nights. Quiet and very comfortable room with all the mod-cons in the bathroom. Air con and even an electric blanket if you are cold. Such a friendly owner who speaks very good English. I will certainly be staying here again next time I visit Dali. Not about the property, but be warned! The mosquitos are a very hungry variety in Dali!

The staff speak English and are very helpful, and the location is great—just a short walk from the ancient city and the bus station.
