The hotel sits in a very good spot—quiet but close to the city center, Forum Allgäu, and the old town. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, but the room felt too expensive for the level of service offered.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious, but it was unbearably hot and I couldn’t sleep; I only found the last functioning fan, otherwise I would have left.
