The staff were incredibly nice! My friends and I were there for a concert and a birthday, and even when the hall closed they let us take photos after hours. Super accommodating and gave us the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Keep up the great front desk staffing – they were all understanding and friendly 👏

“Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay and very comfortable.”

It’s pretty high end. Love the aesthetics. Very nice bathroom lighting and good high view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and felt clean. There wasn’t too much to complain about, but I wished it had a microwave and free breakfast. I didn’t like the idea of having to go to the restaurant or bar to buy food. And the pool was small.

The spot is great, but the ice machine on the floor was broken, and the fridge in the room couldn't keep things warm, sounded loud, and made clunky noises.
