The food quality and the many activities for children were great, but one employee refused to resolve our issue.

We ate amazing food, the rooms were spotless and super cozy, and there were plenty of comfy sunbeds by both the beach and the pool. The rooms were mostly sound‑proof, but the gap under the door let us hear people walking in the morning, and the staff, while hardworking, seemed a bit unhappy.

The facilities, cleanliness, and the staff—especially the assistants assigned to me (Aria, Anna, and Anita)—were exceptional; everything else was fine, though I didn’t like the glare and reflections on the TV screen in the rooms, and a shuttle service should run from the hotel to Land of Legends between 3 pm and 5 pm.
