Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The front desk staff were always very helpful and attentive to our comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms were clean, modern, and there was no street noise even though the windows faced the street. A big plus was that after check‑out we could leave our luggage at the hotel because our flight was late. The location was excellent, just a few meters from the metro that takes you straight to the city center or the airport.

We stayed because it was close to Camp Nou stadium for two nights, and the staff were friendly. However, a neighbor kept smoking on the balcony, so we couldn't enjoy our own balcony or keep the door open. The shower cabinet floor was dangerously slippery when wet, and the breakfast area was cramped on the second day, completely full.

The staff were kind at the reception, during breakfast, and even during floor cleaning. Breakfast was the same every morning over the 6‑night stay, good and varied enough. The room was quiet, tidy, and cozy. From the balcony you could see a small pool and the local housing. We liked the location because the area was lively and showed local life. Bus and metro stops were a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it was easy to get to other parts of the city. The toilet door was a sliding door that didn't lock, offering little privacy. The room lacked a full‑length mirror. The bacon could have been thicker and crispier.
