Staying here was wonderful, not only because of the beautiful building and the view that could be enjoyed at any time of day, but especially because of the kindness and hospitality of Mrs. Anna who made us feel at home. She pampered us at breakfast with high‑quality local products, gave us tips for itineraries and places to discover based on our time, helping us make the most of our few days. I highly recommend staying here; we will definitely return. Nothing else to add.

The pool is convenient for cooling off and relaxing. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are extremely spotless. Breakfast features fresh local products. It’s definitely a reference point if you’re looking to stay in the area. I would add pool loungers if space allows, otherwise everything is fine.

The location is perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to reach everything you need and be in the heart of the area’s life in no time. Because the property is small, the atmosphere is truly pleasant, calm, and family‑like. We often had the pool all to ourselves, and when that wasn’t the case, we always found very pleasant company. The rooms are beautiful, well‑kept, and very clean. But the house itself is a real dream! The architecture, the vibe, and the whole property have something truly special: it almost feels like a small Italian Olympus. What made our stay unforgettable was Anna. She’s a wonderful, warm, and incredibly caring host. From the moment we arrived she welcomed us with coffee and made us feel at home immediately. She always has great advice, and after a short time she feels more like a friend than a host. Every afternoon she brought espresso by the pool, and when she noticed I ate little at breakfast—just because I’m not used to eating much in the morning—she immediately asked if I wanted something different and offered to prepare something else. Those little attentions show how much she truly cares about her guests’ well‑being and ensures they have everything they need. Before we left, knowing we had a long journey ahead, she even prepared something for the trip. ❤️ These gestures are far from ordinary and demonstrate the heart and passion behind this place. Here, nothing is missing. Anyone looking for tranquility, a beautiful Italian atmosphere, and authentic, warm hospitality has found the right spot.
