The hotel sits right next to several malls, and the kids had a blast at the pool. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The building feels a bit old‑fashioned, and one of the rooms has a shower that’s noticeably small.

“Worst Hotel”

I stayed at this place on April 13, 2026 to attend an event, and after the event I tried to leave but got stuck in the elevator. The staff on site took too long to respond, even though the occupants have health issues and there was no A/C in the elevator. I had to ring the alarm bell multiple times and still no help; I ended up calling relatives for assistance. The guest relations team was unhelpful and didn’t explain the fees upfront. The manager brushed us off and told us to complain to the admin without offering any apology or asking if we were okay. They never checked on us or offered anything. The elevator should be inspected by a certified technician to verify its capacity; it has many inaccurate signs. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I will never return. It’s a shame, especially in our own hometown province.

The hotel is close to local attractions and has a swimming pool. The facility looks old and shows wear and tear. Even though there’s a pool, it’s used by guests and locals who pay to use it, which is annoying for paying customers. The rooms are spread out and some are a fair walk away from the front desk.
