The hotel was quiet and had large parking lots, but the room was outdated: the desk drawer was broken, the wardrobe shelf was missing, the shower was hard to access in the bathtub, the hair dryer was broken, there were spider webs and dust, holes in the wall behind the door, and the mattress was soft. Room 25 didn’t allow dinner on Friday nights, contrary to what the website and the breakfast room’s large misleading poster advertised.
