The spot is superb, close to the airport, a mall, and Simon Bolívar Park, and the rooms are comfy and tidy; however, I booked months ahead in US dollars, yet the voucher was issued in Colombian pesos, making the final charge much higher than the agreed amount—payment should have stayed in dollars—and the breakfast selection was lacking, which let me down.
