Everything I needed was available and the room was comfortable. The parking lot was spacious, which helped me a lot because I’m not a great driver. The receptionist was friendly and left a good impression. I don’t have any major complaints, but I wish the breakfast side dishes had a bit more variety. Still, the food was very tasty.

The price was reasonable, and the location was convenient, so overall it was a useful hotel. Breakfast was also a treat, especially the udon, which I appreciated. However, during the busy season the room cleaning was quite lax. Hair and dust were left on the desk, bedside table, and bathroom floor. The bathroom was a unit bath, so hair on the floor made me think of other guests’ urine splashing, which is concerning since people walk barefoot there; a stricter check would be better. The shower wall was slick with shampoo and soap and mold was starting to grow, and the tub had water stains. I think cleaning was done, but the presence of hair makes it seem like it wasn’t thorough, which feels wasteful.

The bath and toilet were spacious, which I liked, and the room itself was clean. The only thing that bothered me a little was the hair dryer.

The hotel feels a bit older—no more literal room keys for years—but it’s well kept and the staff were very friendly. It offers great value for the price.

The air smelled fresh, the bed was plush and the weighted comforter let me fall asleep right away, but the location was a bit off.
