The place is truly remarkable; the apartment matches the description perfectly, is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and the bed is very comfortable with an excellent shower. It sits in a serene woodland garden where we could quietly watch birds feeding near our private patio. The hosts were extremely helpful and everything seemed easy to handle. We were served a superb continental breakfast in the apartment, and there are good pubs nearby with plenty to explore. We would definitely come back. Just remember the website warns that the property isn’t suitable for people with walking difficulties because you access it via a series of stone steps in a woodland garden elevation.

The view and the room itself are stylish, clean, and welcoming, and we even received a little cream tea upon arrival. The only downside was that the wash basin in the en suite only ran hot when the kitchen hot tap was on.

The stay was private, exceptionally well presented, in a fantastic location, and overall perfect for our short visit.
