The property was super nice and everything stayed spotless; I couldn't find anything to complain about, and even though only one elevator worked, it made no difference to us.

The location was good, but the elevator was out of order and we couldn't use the stairs because the doors were locked.

Dallas is huge and not walkable, so this hotel sits 10 miles from the centre, and Ubers aren’t pricey—making it easy to stay here for the price and comfort.

The location was fine, but the hotel’s old facilities were a problem: one elevator didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned, and everything felt neglected and outdated; on top of that, parking costs $30 a night, which is totally unfair and disproportionate for the city and neighbourhood.
