Zone and structure. Rainwater entered at night, flooding part of the room.

The place was close to a lot of cool spots, but I had to wait 1,5 hour to get into my room, and the lady in charge never reached out, not even a single apology. There was no toilet seat in the bathroom, and the sheet with rules listed a tourist tax of 2,5 euro per day per person, which turned out to be wrong—actually it was 5,5 euro per person per day—so we were confused because the rules were outdated and the lady admitted they shouldn’t have been there if they weren’t true.

The location was good, but the air conditioning didn’t work, the shower head was broken, the toilet seat was smashed, the bedding was dirty with a hole in the sheet, and there was a strange smell in the room—no sense of comfort because the apartment wasn’t maintained. At check‑in nobody was there, so we had to ask the shop across the street for help so the owners could be contacted and we could finally check in, which was very annoying and took time.
