The app listed a price of 75,000 but they added another 25,000 on arrival, claiming the booking app was deceptive. The price didn’t match the order.

Arnaque booking et . Réservation et paiement faut sur Booking pour un prix et l hôtelier a refusé ce prix et demande a payer 3 fois plus et taxes de la ville soit 4 fois le prix déjà payé Ne parle pas anglais et a évoqué que le prix sur Booking et étaient faux' A refusé d'annuler pour avoir le remboursement . J'ai dû adresser message à booking. toujours pas de nouvelles du remboursement Ne surtout pas réserver Coutumier car deja plusieurs témoignages Anormale que booking et ne le déférence pas. They said it‘s canceled when I arrived there. But bookings already charged my creditcard. That‘s not ok! I don‘t know how they comunicate with each other. The receptionist did not want to show me anything about bookings.com!

The staff were super friendly and the rooms felt pleasant. There’s a Warkop right next to the property. The mattress was very lumpy, and I had to pay an extra fee because the listed price didn’t match the actual cost.
