“Wonderful hotel in paradise”

From the moment I passed the security gate, the service was top‑class and welcoming; the hotel rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The only drawback was that only one restaurant was open while the other two were under renovation, so the dining choices were limited and we couldn't enjoy the main restaurant or its spectacular views.

“Fantastic stay, amazing staff,”

The staff, the location, and everything else were excellent; we had a fantastic stay, and when we brought our daughter along, the team was very accommodating for her.

The hotel’s location and beach access were great, and the rooms were spacious with good views; the reception staff were friendly, and room service and cleaning were reliable. Parking was available and the property felt very secure. However, for a Fairmont, the standards didn’t match other global locations: rooms needed updating, bathrooms required repairs, breakfast was monotonous, and the staff seemed overworked, stressed, and unhappy. Vegetarian options were scarce in breakfast and other hotel restaurants, the food was overpriced for its basic quality, and the hotel didn’t seem willing to accommodate dietary needs, so it wasn’t good value for money.
