The first thing that struck me was the extraordinary cleanliness and meticulous care of every space—truly impeccable. The location is perfect for exploring La Spezia and serves as a strategic base for the Cinque Terre. The atmosphere is warm and sunny, but what really made the difference was the immense hospitality and friendliness of the staff, who offered useful travel advice. It’s a wonderful property I recommend without hesitation!

Good location, parking, cleanliness, courtesy and availability, plus the laundry line. However, the minimum stay was violated!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of normal size and the cleanliness was excellent. I recommend stopping by if you’re heading that way.

Breakfast was a disaster—just a croissant and coffee. They should at least let you know it's that way and tell you where to actually get breakfast.
