The room I had booked was already taken, and the front‑desk man demanded extra cash; he only spoke Hindi and knew no other language.

They refused to let me check in and behaved hopelessly.

We paid 600 rupees a day as we booked, but when we arrived the staff said it was 1500 a day and tried to scam us.

The manager was very rude and demanded more money than we had paid at booking, claiming it was an old rate; the doors were terrible, the lock jammed, the key broke, and he blamed us for breaking it on purpose and fined us, while the cleanliness was also poor.
