“Great location. Lovely food. Basic accommodation.”
The location on the slopes was great. The breakfast and dinner were lovely. One receptionist was a little unhelpful and I had to ask several times for help carrying bags to the room. I had to collect my own kettle from reception. The rooms were tiny (you have to walk sideways around the small bed) and desperately needed some money spent on a refresh.
The hotel was very quiet and you feel at home. The staff were very pleasant. The meals were very good. The menus were too often identical; it was the last week so there weren't many choices. There weren't enough proteins in the evening. Room 101 was just above ESF and very noisy in the morning.

The hotel sits right on the slopes, so ski‑in/ski‑out was a breeze. The package that included breakfast and dinner was a hit, especially the dinner – one of the best hotel meals I've tasted. The restaurant’s view of the slopes added to the ambience. Our beds were comfy, the room had all the essentials and plenty of space for ski gear, and a ski locker by the slope exit was super convenient. After a day on the mountain, the sauna and hot tub were a nice touch, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and caring throughout. It was a fantastic experience and I’d love to return.

The quality of the restaurant was very good. The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom was the same.
The hotel is great for those who want to make the most of their time on the snow. The rooms are snug but the beds are huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was very good. It's a nice quiet area right on the main slopes at the top of town. The team were all great! Hendrikse, Mylene, Louis, Liza and Annekin and the bar guy were all superb, super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We are both full of food intolerances and the guys in the kitchen catered for our needs every day. Highly recommend. P.S. - the views are to die for! With the views (literally on the piste) come the piste bashers who run at night. If you're a light sleeper, sleep high up or on the town side.
