The hotel staff cared about our comfort, and when our bedding was uncomfortable we were moved to another room. The breakfast was generous, tasty, and let us taste Armenian specialties right from the morning – a highlight of the stay! The rooms were cool; a small heater would have been welcome.

The mattresses were worn out – you could even see the springs. They hurt your back, and the mattresses had real pits. The room is small, even though it’s advertised as a family suite, and there’s no air‑conditioning even though it’s listed.
