Besides a comfortable room and pleasant staff, I appreciated that the building and our room had a neutral scent with no chlorine from the pool or cleaning chemicals. The only downside was that the pillows, though soft, were too thick; a couple of flatter ones would be nice.

Ruth at the front desk was amazing—helpful and friendly—yet a fire alarm rang at 6 am with no explanation.

The hotel was quiet, but the TV was broken and I had to change rooms because the door jammed and I couldn’t get in; otherwise it was fine.
