The place was spot‑on: great location, the whole hotel and outdoor area were spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfy, the restaurant food was excellent, the staff were friendly without being over the top, plenty of hotel‑owned parking, and everything was quiet and no rush. Absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday. I can’t think of anything to add after a long thought.

The location was really great and the sauna was good, and breakfast had something for everyone. Unfortunately, we found the beds very soft and not quite comfortable—maybe they were worn out or it was just our taste. The dishes were also dirty, still showing residue from previous guests, which we had to clean ourselves before use.

The service staff were excellent and friendly, but the reception was a bit reserved and sometimes unfriendly. Small issues in the hotel: two free coffee pods were offered in the room, then they were charged. When we had a bill of 2000 € we received a new invoice because a small still water bottle had been forgotten.
