The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the services were top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. The only thing I can say is that it's a shame the hotel itself didn't quite live up to the standard of its staff and facilities. Overall, though, it was a great experience.
