The location is great! Breakfast was served individually and was adequate, though not great. The water was cold when I showered. The hotel wouldn’t let me pay in USD; instead they charged me in SOL with a terrible exchange rate (1 USD = 3.6 SOL), far above the official rate on 10/15/2026. The booking listed a USD rate, so I expected to pay in USD.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities were cozy, and the hotel is close to Nazca’s center. The room had air conditioning. There was no dinner service during our stay.

The location is excellent, very quiet, rooms are nice, restaurants are nearby, and the parking is securely fenced.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me my own smartphone to make a call to the airline—big thanks for that. Nothing else to complain about.

This hotel is gorgeous and in a prime spot for everything you might want to do. The décor feels thoughtfully chosen and appealing, especially the outdoor breakfast area with its lovely plants. The only downside is that the door shuts poorly.
