“We like Marriott, but that was disappointing. And, when I told the front desk, they said the assistant mgr would get us”

The lobby and rooms were fine, but the showers were cold both days for us, and the hot water was disgusting—murky, full of crap, and the jet strength was nonexistent.

The location, room layout, and restaurant were great, but we stayed next to the elevators and the noise forced us to wear ear plugs.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot and offers free parking; the staff were very friendly and the service excellent. The rooms feel spacious, and the bathroom and shower area look modern—perfect for families. However, the breakfast could be better; the area needs improvement and the presentation was disappointing, not living up to the hotel’s name.
