The check‑in process was prehistoric, making you fill out useless forms even though the info is already on Booking. The reception lady had a bad attitude. The bed was terrible—no firmness at all, the exact opposite of what you’d expect.

I didn’t need it while I was there, but it would be great if rooms had air conditioning for hot or cold weather (inverter).

The rooms have been upgraded since my last stay. Unfortunately, the street was being repaired at that time, blocking main access, so I struggled to find where to park my car at the hotel until I spoke with the front desk.
