This is my go‑to hotel whenever we visit Houston, especially in the Katy area; I might even start asking for specific rooms because the one we stayed in was the main reason I fell in love with the hotel— the room was ginormous! lol! I have no complaints, and my honey, who is usually picky about water pressure, had no issues.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made check‑in quick and easy; my room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect with restaurants and shopping nearby, making it a convenient place to stay, and overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again; I honestly didn’t have any complaints, everything met my expectations, and the staff made sure my stay was comfortable.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, but the handicap room had no walk‑in shower, and people with mobility problems cannot climb into a tub, and there was no anti‑slip mat for the tub, although the grab bars were great.
