The location is fantastic, a short walk to many attractions yet the area is quiet and safe. The shared kitchen is tiny and not a space where you can actually prepare food. The photos on the booking are deceptive. The room, the shared kitchen, and the living area are much smaller than they appear in the photos. The towels looked clean but they were very scratchy and smelly unfortunately. The bed also dipped in the middle!

Good location, 15 minute walk into the center. Very clean and brilliant host who was super helpful and very responsive. The property does not explicitly state that it is a shared flat. We thought we were getting the whole flat but there is someone else renting the other room in the apartment. As the apartment is quite small it then makes it feel quite closed in. Also the room is very dark due to the window facing into a courtyard

Perfect location in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. Alessandro was an exceptional host—friendly, professional, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect and we would happily stay here again

Great place, a short walk from the center. Alessandro, the host, was very kind and even arranged a taxi to the airport. The room was very clean, with beautiful modern furnishings. The room ended up being a bit smaller and darker than I expected; the photos looked brighter and larger.
