We found the stay exactly what we needed—peaceful, relaxing, right in the forest, and we spotted a Lifer (bird) we were hunting for. We loved slipping into a nice warm bed after a very cool, wet evening.

Having Wi‑Fi was a plus, but not having it in the cottage was disappointing.

There should be more and better towels, and a sponge or cloth for washing dishes.

I could keep warm with blankets and firewood for the wood stove, and the tiny cabin had everything I needed. The drive to the cabin was a bit rough on the gravel road with many holes that could be slippery, but it was still doable.

The Bird House has a seriously stunning view - you can see the mountains through the trees, and the gardens are just beautiful. It's a real treat to wake up to that every morning. The only thing that would've made it perfect is if the noise from the nearby area didn't carry over into the room.
