The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bar, pool table, and music were nice, but we didn’t book breakfast and were told only a limited number of guests could have it, so we had to go elsewhere; adding some new plants at the front would make it feel more welcoming.

Everything was clean, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly, yet there was a bit of noise early in the morning that didn’t really disturb our stay.

The staff were fantastic and eager to help with anything, and the beds were comfortable, but the pool table had no cue tips, so kids couldn’t play.

The location is perfect for Pleasure Beach and South Pier, the staff welcomed us warmly, the beds were comfortable with lovely pillows and quilts, breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered many choices, and we appreciated being able to store luggage before heading out; however, there were no towels in the room, and we’re not sure if that was intentional.
