The view from the property is just breathtaking, and the staff were both friendly and on the ball. It felt like the perfect spot to unwind, and I’d gladly come back any time.

The service was spotless and the facilities looked gorgeous, which made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, on the day I left there were road works that weren’t mentioned beforehand, so I ended up waiting about two and a half hours for the road to reopen.

Alejandro and Alejandro were super friendly, the cabin was comfortable, and the food was delicious; we loved every minute at Nalua even though our stay was short. The staff, especially Homero the dog, had a great attitude and we’ll definitely be back. Just a heads‑up: the rainy season brings a lot of insects, so if you’re not into bugs, aim for a sunnier time.

The scenery is beautiful, the whole team is attentive, the meals are tasty, and the place feels very peaceful. Getting there can be a hassle, but once you arrive the effort feels worth it.
