The room is spacious and comfortable, situated in the center near the cathedral and various shops. Parking is very tight; a SUV cannot fit unless you take two spots.

I liked the location and the place matched the photos, which I appreciated. I did not like that there are no kitchen utensils, detergent, or other basic supplies—this wasn’t mentioned in the listing. A capsule coffee machine would have been useful, and it should be noted that there is no stove or basic cleaning materials.

Great location with everything nearby. The accommodation offers plenty of space, a varied breakfast, and even a tea in the afternoon. Staff are very helpful, and the view of the city is beautiful—definitely a good choice for staying in Uberlândia.

The spot was convenient and the apartment matched the listing. The bed and shower were good, and breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choices. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The only downside was that the apartment only had a table with one chair; when I asked for another, it wasn’t provided. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, even on the first floor.
