I had a great experience; the owner is friendly and warm‑hearted, and I recommend it. The location is very close to Interlaken Ost, the surrounding scenery left a strong impression, and the lake is pure and blue.

The hotel is about a 30‑minute walk from the station, but a shuttle van runs every morning. The room was clean and laundry service was available. However, the bathroom door wasn’t fixed, so water overflowed onto it.

“Very unclean, uncomfortable, and a waste of money due to losing all our food.”

The view is amazing and the hotel is only about 5 minutes from downtown, a beautiful park, and a swimming area. They helped move our luggage to the next location and gave us a ride to our new hostel at 9 pm. Unfortunately, the sheets, mattress, and blankets were heavily stained. There is only one female bathroom, which can’t be locked and has a sink; the two doors—one to the toilet and one to the shower—both lock and the space is very small. We received only one container in the fridge for food, but the fridge froze everything, ruining our vegetables and fruit. There were no kitchen utensils—no knife, fork, spoon, or plates—only a microwave, which was placed outside on a table in the middle of a fancy restroom.

The room was clean and the staff were good, but the location was not the 250 yards mentioned on the website. The information should be accurate for tourists.

“Bien calidad precio, exceptuando el baño”

The location, comfortable room, and large camera were great. The bathroom, with only one toilet and shower, was too small for the number of rooms.
