Very happy to meet Kitty Yang, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely service‑oriented and sent two portable air‑cons after I mentioned the hot air from the central system; it worked relatively well, but the staff said there was nothing they could do about the hot air, so for two nights my sleep was badly affected in room 1822, which had fixed windows that couldn’t be opened.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to its excellent facilities and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, making my visit truly enjoyable. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's ability to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
