The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was nice; after the poor experience they even let us check out around 13:30‑14:00. However, the rooms were very dirty with questionable flooring. In our hydro‑massage suite, the water turned brown as soon as we turned it on, and the filter outlets were covered in obvious mould and grime. We called reception—who were very kind—and a lady came to see us; after we pointed out the issue and asked for another room, she promptly moved us to a higher‑category room with a sauna, yet the hydro‑massage tub and overall cleanliness remained unsatisfactory. We decided to make the best of the short stay we had left. I understand the challenge of managing so many rooms, but bathing in a tub with filthy filters is unsafe. It could be a wonderful place if it were better maintained and cleaner.
