The person running it is very nice and attentive. However, the apartment was dirty, the sofa‑bed was just a plain sofa and very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the place was designed for two people, not three.

The room was a good size. On my first day I didn’t know how to enter, asked for help but nobody came; there was insufficient tea and sugar, the heating was not working even though they claimed it was, and I emailed them about it, yet they kept saying they would fix it but didn’t until the last day when someone was fixing something and I asked him to check it—he turned it off.

The place is nice, clean, and located close to buses, but the kettle isn’t working and there’s no lift in the building.

The room was clean and fairly large. The building is very spread out, and sharing the bathroom and kitchen was an issue because some tenants left them dirty, but I understand the price was reasonable.

It wasn’t what we expected, but it was very comfortable and we loved it. The area was a little bit dodgy.
