Each air‑conditioned room features a balcony, minibar, streaming services, and en‑suite bathroom. On‑site amenities include a Mediterranean restaurant, bar, coffee shop, solarium, free Wi‑Fi, 24‑hour front desk, concierge, and daily housekeeping. Located 2.6 km from Arienzo Beach and near the Roman Archaeological Museum MAR.

The hotel was gorgeous and spotless, with rooms that felt like a dream and stunning views. The staff—from the concierge to the drivers and the restaurant—were amazing, and we’ll definitely return. Though it’s far from the main square, the free shuttle made it incredibly convenient. The only downside was that we had to wait until the last day to try the restaurant’s breakfast; the food was fantastic and the view unforgettable. The only thing missing for us is a pool.

Located high in the mountains with a wonderful view, the hotel offers shuttle service down to the city centre. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. A pool would be nice, but given the location it’s understandable that one can’t be built. Overall, a great stay and we’ll definitely come back next time we visit Positano.

Everything was perfect: the staff were extremely helpful in meeting every request, the facilities were amazing, and the view was breathtaking. Two pieces of advice: first, the hotel has a restaurant—Chic Mama, don’t miss it; second, the shuttle service is essential, otherwise you’ll pay €90 one way for a taxi or ride an overcrowded, slightly unreliable bus. In peak times the shuttle must be booked in advance with little flexibility. The beach club access offers great value and is very enjoyable! We didn’t get a chance to use it because it’s still a work in progress, but the hotel is also developing a pizza garden area with stunning views—something to look forward to next time. We liked everything.

From the moment I booked, the staff reached out to help with any questions, arranged the complimentary shuttle to the hotel, and made the entire arrival process seamless. I felt well looked after from the very beginning. The stunning views and beautifully designed interiors create an instant sense of relaxation the moment you arrive. My room was impeccably refreshed each day, making it a pleasure to return after exploring. The food at Chic Mama is unforgettable, and dining with breathtaking views makes every bite even more special. Above all, I was made to feel incredibly special. The hospitality I experienced was simply outstanding—the warmth, kindness, and genuine care shown by the entire team were beyond anything I could have expected. The complimentary access to Arienzo Beach Club was a true highlight and a game changer during my stay. Surrounded by the beauty of the coastline, it was unforgettable. Be sure to reserve your spot in advance through the hotel staff—they make the entire process effortless and ensure every detail is taken care of. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!
