The hotel was very friendly and supposedly ideal for couples, but that wasn’t the case for me; the surroundings were pleasant and the breakfast good. The staff were helpful, especially Olívia. Because I was traveling for work, I couldn’t use the available facilities.

Choosing Hotel Biazi was a good decision: the venue is large, with an outdoor pool that I couldn’t use because of the weather, but the indoor pool was great. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful, offering many fruit options, juices, cold cuts, breads, and cakes. It’s about a 10‑minute drive from the city center. The staff were very attentive, from reception to kitchen personnel. The only downside was having to leave early; a suggestion would be to add bedside lamps so the light is softer, since the central ceiling light is too bright. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were cordial and helpful. For a snack, I recommend the steak portion with gorgonzola cream—it was delicious.

Breakfast was good. The property was in a pretty poor state in almost all areas, which was a shame.
