The breakfast service was decent, the bed was fairly comfortable, linens were supplied, and the air conditioning worked fine. The room felt a bit cramped, the walls were dirty, there was no phone charger or outlet on the wall side of the bed, and the shower tray was missing while the shower curtain didn't look very clean. Overall it was okay, but compared to the price of a room in Kanchanaburi I ended up paying a little more for a four‑star that was unnecessary.

The staff were kind and the property was peaceful, but the Wi‑Fi didn't work in my room and there weren't enough pillows.

It was quiet, clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were professional and pleasant. The hotel was convenient to downtown. Nothing to complain about.
